Mary Sophrona Polk 
Mary Sophrona was born on June 30th, 1885.1 Mary Sophrona's father was James Marion Polk and her mother was Margaret E. Basham. Her maternal grandparents were John Marion Basham and Margaret Elizabeth Hinds. She had four brothers and seven sisters, named John Marion, Homer Ernest, Charles Frederick, Archie Dean, Lorene Juli, Norma Laurie, Effie, Alice Elvira, Edna, Etta Irene and Edna Margaret. She was the fifth oldest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 62 on June 27th, 1948 in Denver, Colorado.1 -
