Adelia R. was born on July 25th, 1885.1 Adelia R.'s father is Rasamus Platt and her mother was Nancy A. D. Graham. Her maternal grandfather was John Graham and her maternal grandmother is Demarious Chapman. She had three brothers and four sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named John Bishop, William, E. Burton, Maggie, Minnie Lu, Genevah, Matilda Demarious and Wessie. She was the second youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 66 in 1951 in Tyler Co. Texas. She was buried in Mt. Hope Cemetery , Tyler Co., Texas.1 1 General Notes
