William S. Peace

William S. was born in 1809 in Kentucky.¹ William S.'s father was Joseph Peace and his mother was Nancy Skaggs. His maternal grandparents were William Skaggs and Mary Simpson. He had a brother and a sister, named Robert and Priscilla. He is the second oldest of the three children.
