Sylvania Patrick 
Sylvania was born in 1851 in Kentucky.1 Sylvania's father was James Patrick and her mother was Elizabeth Ritchie. Her maternal grandfather was James Monroe Ritchie and her maternal grandmother is Hannah Fugate. She had ten brothers and four sisters, named James,Jr., Martin, Hiram, George, William, Andrew, John, Crockett, Milton, Sylvester, Barbara Ellen, Rachel, Sarah and Zackariah.
