Elmer Otis

Elmer was born on November 9th, 1887.¹ Elmer's father is Martin Otis and his mother was Artemesia Philo. His maternal grandparents were Joseph P. Philo and Arvilla Hall. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named Charles E., Delbert, Leonard, Clyde, John Frank, Floyd, Eber L., Lida, Ida J. and Certa.
