Charles Arthur Moseley 
Charles Arthur was born on October 13th, 1857 in Halifax, Virginia.1 Charles Arthur's father was Charles Hillery Moseley and his mother was Sarah Ann Marable. His paternal grandparents were Hillery, Jr. Moseley and Margaret Bouldin. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Hillery Clifton, Henry Emerson, Thomas Bedford, George Gilmer, Richard Eric, Ella Olena, Mary Maude and Sarah Marable. He was the fifth oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 63 on January 11th, 1921.1 General Notes
