Noah was born on December 7th, 1811 in Monongalia Co., West Virginia.1 Noah's father was Levi Morris and his mother was Elizabeth Snider. His maternal grandparents were Rudoph Snider and Mary Elizabeth Morgan. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Barton, Clark, David, Prudence and Elizabeth.
