Mitchell Forrest was born on February 21st, 1900.1 Mitchell Forrest's father was James Thomas Milner and his mother was Annie Lee Counts. His maternal grandparents were Larkin Chilton Counts and Alcey Jane Ray. He had eleven brothers named Mollie Lee, Evie Pearl, Claude Grover, William Larkin, Myrtle, Elsie Jane, Charlie Winston, Chester Luther, Rueben Heflin, Otis Belton and Infant Daughter.
