Vivian Evelyn was born on July 14th, 1871.1 Vivian Evelyn's father was John Brown McFarland and her mother was Flora McCraney. Her paternal grandparents were John McFarland and Mary Keahey. She had four brothers and six sisters, named George Calvin, William Jackson, John Roderick, Kenneth Virgil, Sarah Jane, Mary Isabelle, Margaret Jeannette, Ida Katherine, Martha Ella and Flora Edith. She was the third youngest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 69 on April 10th, 1941.1 General Notes
