Lucinda Kornegay 
Lucinda was born in June 1898 in Texas.1 Lucinda's father was Thomas Daniel Kornegay and her mother was Arie W. (Amy) Basham. Her maternal grandparents were Coffey Jones Basham and Julia Ann Waggoner. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Koby, Coffee Daniel, Herbert, Thomas G., Maude and Audley. She is the youngest of the seven children.-
