William Murrell Kendrick 
William Murrell was born in 1905 in Arkansas.1 William Murrell's father was Martin Allen Kendrick and his mother is Susan Mertie Lewis. His paternal grandfather is Seth William Kendrick and his paternal grandmother was Elizabeth Graham. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Frank Melzer, Seth William, Mavia Jane and Mell Avalon.
