Ross Moore was born on June 14th, 1907.1 Ross Moore's father was William Orrison Keahey and his mother was Mary Fannie White. His paternal grandparents were William A. Byrum Keahey and Isadora McGraw. He had five brothers and five sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named William Abyrum, Jack Lynn, William Orrison,Jr., Unknown, Eltie L. T., Myrtle Bell, Lynell, Fannie Isadora, Nora Emma Etta, Sarah Calhoun and Unknown. He was the fourth oldest of the twelve children.
