Joseph Edwin Johnson 
Joseph Edwin was born on January 29th, 1917.1 Joseph Edwin's father was Willliam Alexander Johnson and his mother was Esther Gertrude Currie. His maternal grandparents were Angus Dodridge Currie and Ida Gertrude China. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named Albert Sidney, Peter, Currie Dee, Archie China, Harry Wilbur, Francis Hunter, Carl Thomas, Willie Gertrued and Margaret Eloise. He was the third youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 77 on February 4th, 1994 in Swainsboro, Emanuel, Georgia.1 General Notes
