Opal Hoover

Opal was born on August 13th, 1916 in Kentucky.¹ Opal's father is Jacob Tobe Hoover and her mother is Ida Belle Hicks. Her maternal grandparents were James L. Hicks and Charity Marguerite Basham. She has eight brothers and a sister, named Leslie, Bartlett, Oland, Ansil L., Thomas, Living, Living, Living and Living.
