William Hamill Hill 
William Hamill was born on February 24th, 1894 in McLeansboro, Hamilton Co., Illinois.1 William Hamill's father was Austin Leon Hill and his mother was Maria Elizabeth 'Mamie E' Hanill. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Porter Hill and Pernecy Wheeler. He had a brother and three sisters, named Paul, Hallie, Nellie Ruth and Helen Clara. He was the oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 60 on February 24th, 1954.1 General Notes
