George Hugh Blair Grigsby 
George Hugh Blair was born on August 24th, 1823.1 George Hugh Blair's father was Reuben Grigsby and his mother was Verlinda Alexander Porter. His paternal grandparents were John,3rd Grigsby and Elizabeth Porter; his maternal grandparents are Abner Porter and Hanna Ingram. He had three brothers and seven sisters, named Lucian Porter, Abner Joseph, Benjamin Porter, Jacqueline A., Hannah Frances, Elizabeth Jane, Mary Ann, Lucy Maria, Reubenia W. and Emma Martha. He was the fourth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 32 in 1855.1 General Notes
