Josephine Christina was born on October 11th, 1833 in Scott Co. , Mississippi.1 Josephine Christina's father was Anthony Graham and her mother was Nancy Barnes. Her paternal grandparents were Robert,Jr. Graham and Christian Keahey. She had seven brothers and five sisters, named Andrew Washington, James A., Robert Thompson, Samuel, Reubin Calvin, Archibald Lafayette, Anthony M., Sarah Mary Y. T., Amarintha, Josephine, Lucinda Vashti and Agatha. She was the third oldest of the thirteen children. She died at the age of 77 in August 1911.1 General Notes
