Benjamin Marvin was born on May 27th, 1889 in Horry Co., South Carolina.1 Benjamin Marvin's father was Joseph Henry Graham and his mother was Elizabeth Virginia Holmes. His paternal grandfather was Samuel F. Graham and his paternal grandmother is Unknown Molsey. He had four brothers and a sister, named Bennie McKeithan, James A., Cephas Joseph, Charlie and Mollie Ellen. He was the oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 75 in 1964 in South Carolina. He was buried in S. E. Memorial, N. Myrtle Beach , South Carolina.1 1 General Notes
