Benjamin Franklin was born on April 29th, 1849 in Jackson Co., Alabama.1 Benjamin Franklin's father was Jesse Abner,Rev. Graham and his mother was Martha Jane Fannin. His paternal grandparents were John Graham and Mary Emmaline Pennington. He had eight brothers and four sisters, named Isaac Jackson, Curtis Beason, John Curtis, Ozias Denton,Dr., William Franklin Smith, Jesse Abner,Jr., James Monroe, Michael, Sarah Ememline, Martha Jane, Hulda Ann and Mary Ellen. He was the fourth youngest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 48 on July 17th, 1897 in Tulia, Swisher Co., Texas.
