Turner Dwayne Garner 
Turner Dwayne was born about 1853 in Louisiana.1 Turner Dwayne's father was Owen Garner and his mother was Milly A. Unknown. His paternal grandfather was Oliver Garner and his paternal grandmother is Oliver's Wife Unknown. He had two brothers and four sisters, named William G. (Willie), Owen, Jr., Milly A., Eveline, Sarah and Martha. He was the second youngest of the seven children. He died before 1900.1 General Notes
