Sarah Elizabeth was born on May 8th, 1890 in DeQueen, Arkansas.1 Sarah Elizabeth's father was John David, Jr. Foust and her mother was Alice Armintia Bassham. Her paternal grandparents are John David, Sr. Foust and Sarah Wood; her maternal grandparents were Samuel Frederick Howard Basham and Elizabeth Charity Ray. She had two brothers and a sister, named Samuel August, Archibald Rodolphus and Cora Bell. She was the youngest of the four children. She died at the age of 55 on August 11th, 1945 in Willis, Oklahoma.1 General Notes
