Nina Belle was born on March 12th, 1911 in Clay Co., Alabama.1 Nina Belle's father was William James Foster and her mother was Mary Cornelia Keahey. Her maternal grandparents were Willis Chalmers Keahey and Sarah Jane Greene. She had a brother and four sisters, named Henry Sylvester, Maude Lee, Clara Mae, Janie and Lula Ailean.
