Rutha Frances Farmer 
Rutha Frances was born on May 12th, 1891 in LaRue Co., Kentucky.1 Rutha Frances' father was John Thomas Farmer and her mother was Mary Alice Skaggs. Her maternal grandparents were Henry David Skaggs and Ruth S. Salsman. She had five brothers and a sister, named William Henry, Luther Young, Geroge Elliott, Robert Jackson, Emmet Cleveland and Martha Ellen. She was the second youngest of the seven children. She died at the age of 88 on October 8th, 1979 in Jefferson Co., Kentucky.1 General Notes
