Jane Etherton 
Jane was born in 1809 in Kentucky.1 Jane's father was Moses Etherton and her mother was Rachel Skaggs. Her maternal grandfather was James Skaggs and her maternal grandmother is Mary Unknown. She had five brothers and eight sisters, named William, Maleone, Moses E., Stephen, Elijah, Unknown, Louisa, Mary, Jerusha, Ruth Jerusha, Nancy, Polly and Sarah. She was the fourth youngest of the fourteen children. She died at the age of 61 in 1870 in Kentucky.1 General Notes
