Lafyette Engle 
Lafyette was born in August 1866 in Kentucky.1 Lafyette's father is William Engle and his mother was Lovina Fugate. His maternal grandparents were Henley Fugate and Tabitha Ritchie. He has eight brothers and three sisters, named Sampson S., Boyd, Floyd, John D., Lurany, Cliffton, Ory, Harlan, Mahulda, Amanda and Armelda. He is the oldest of the twelve children.General Notes
