Nora Ethel was born on February 26th, 1889 in Green Co., Kentucky.1 Nora Ethel's father was Lewis DeSpain and her mother was Flora Ann Warren. Her paternal grandfather was Joseph DeSpain and her paternal grandmother is Sarah Morrison; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Warren and Lucetta Grundy Sutherland. She had six brothers and three sisters, named Fred H., Leroy Elmer, Joseph Everett, Creed Omer, Rual Herman, William O., Ada, Sally Ada and Gatha G.. She was the oldest of the ten children. She died at the age of 60 on March 19th, 1949 in Jefferson Co., Kentucky.1 General Notes
