George Washington DeSpain 
George Washington was born in 1866 in Green Co., Kentucky.1 George Washington's father was Joseph DeSpain and his mother is Sarah Morrison. He had six brothers and two sisters, named William Henry, Joseph Thomas, James R., Marshall, Lewis, Robert, Elizabeth and Malinda A.. He was the second youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 73 in 1939 in Indianapolis, Marion Co., Kentucky. He was buried in Despain-Thompson Cemetery, Green Co., Kentucky.1 1 General Notes
