Marguerite E. was born on February 10th, 1892 in Austin Co., Texas.1 Marguerite E.'s father was Ben F. Davis and her mother was Mary Eliza Allen. Her maternal grandparents were James William Allen and Penelope Johnston. She had seven sisters named Unnamed, Nellie E., Frankie E., Sue A., Winnie E., Mamie Eyrle and Bennie Myrle. She was the third youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 86 on April 17th, 1978 in Houston , Harris Co., Texas.1 General Notes
