Jasper Davis

Jasper was born in 1834 in Alabama.¹   Jasper's father was Harmon Davis and his mother was Nancy Posey. He had five brothers and six sisters, named Joseph Davis, Van Buren Thomas, Thomas E., William Lea, James Robert, Lucinda, Mary Ann, Margaret, Sarah V., Nancy Eveline and Rachel.  He was the fifth youngest of the twelve children.  He died in Lamar Co., Texas.¹
