Dovie Sarah Davidson 
Dovie Sarah was born on July 3rd, 1887 in Chickasaw Co., Mississippi.1 Dovie Sarah's father was George Spruce Davidson and her mother was Fairby Burleson. Her paternal grandparents were Milas Alexander Davidson and Dovey Robison. She had a brother and six sisters, named Milus Marion, Mary Maude, Minnie A., Zora Bell, Effie E., Della M. and Pearl. She was the second youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 84 on June 10th, 1972. She was buried in New Salem Cem., Troy, Pontotoc, Mississippi.1 1 General Notes
