William G. Cornett

William G. was born in July 1856 in Perry Co., Kentucky.¹ William G.'s father is Elijah Combs Cornett and his mother was Cynthia Grigsby. His maternal grandparents are John Grigsby and Martha Campbell. He has five brothers and five sisters, named Daniel, Benjamin, Nancy, Elhannon, Mattison, Virginia Jane, Cealy, Isabell, Elvira and Martha. He is the fifth oldest of the eleven children.
