David Yancy Combs

David Yancy was born in 1865 in Perry Co., Kentucky.¹   David Yancy's father is Clinton Combs and his mother is Louann Baker.  His paternal grandparents are Mason Combs and Jenny Richardson. He has six brothers and three sisters, named William, Sampson B., Raney, Richmond, James Patrick, Cooley, Jane, Liza and Ida.  He is the fifth oldest of the ten children. He has eight half-brothers and six half-sisters, named Hiram, Clinton D., Nelson, Hugh, Adrian Edward, John, George, Jackson, Alsey, Martha, Sidad, Emilina, Susan and Elizabeth.
