Jacob Franklin Cleveland 
Jacob Franklin was born about 1870 in Alabama.1 Jacob Franklin's father was Jacob J. Cleveland and his mother was Mary E. House. His paternal grandparents were Rice Cleveland and Barbara Stalnaker. He had three brothers and two sisters, named William R., James C., Early, Barbara Catherine and Mary Fannie. He was the second youngest of the six children. He died after 1917.1 General Notes
