George Washington Cherry 
George Washington was born on February 22nd, 1867 in HALLS CHAPEL, WARREN COUNTY, KY.1 George Washington's father was George Washington Cherry and his mother was Martha Frances Stahl. His paternal grandparents were William Cherry and Frances Taylor; his maternal grandparents were Isaac Stahl and Elizabeth Perkins. He had eight brothers named Jeremiah Taylor, Isaac Lafayette, John Wesley, Allen A, William Bailey, Thomas Crittendon, Henry Hardin and Redford Columbus. He was the second youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 69 on July 7th, 1936 in ENTERPRISE, OREGON.1 General Notes
