Isham Chastain

Isham was born in 1766 in BUCKINGHAM CO, VA.¹ Isham's father was Rene Chastain and his mother was Martha Guerrant. His paternal grandparents were Pierre Chastain and Mildred Archer. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Joseph, Lewis, William, John, Jacob, Rhoda, Elizabeth, Mildred, Judith and Martha. He died at the age of 62 in 1828.¹
