James Browning

James was born about 1822 in Tennessee.¹   James' father was William Browning and his mother was Elener Unknown. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Hachey, Joseph, Aaron, Jemima, Elender (Ellen) and Martha.  He was the second oldest of the seven children.  He died after 1850.¹ 

‌James and Elizabeth were married in a religious ceremony about 1841.¹
