William D. Bassham 
William D. was born on February 20th, 1838 in Tennessee.1 William D.'s father was Meredith A. Bassham and his mother was Elizabeth Ann Fox. His paternal grandparents were Uriah Basham and Rhoda Simmons. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Parilee J., Benjamin U., John B R, Parizetta F., Sarah Ann, Rhoda Lee, Cynthia A. T. and Elvira Elizabeth. He was the fourth youngest of the nine children. He died after 1900.1 General Notes
