Elvira Elizabeth Bassham 
Elvira Elizabeth was born on August 29th, 1844 in Tennessee.1 Elvira Elizabeth's father was Meredith A. Bassham and her mother was Elizabeth Ann Fox. Her paternal grandparents were Uriah Basham and Rhoda Simmons. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Parilee J., William D., Benjamin U., John B R, Parizetta F., Sarah Ann, Rhoda Lee and Cynthia A. T.. She was the second youngest of the nine children.
