Effa M. Bassham 
Effa M. was born about March 1878 in Alabama.1 Effa M.'s father was George W. Bassham and her mother was Missoura Unknown. Her paternal grandparents were Dionas M. (Donald) Bassham and Cynthia M. Davis. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Stanton, Samuel, Anna H., Ethie and Mary Alba. She was the second youngest of the six children. She had three half-brothers and a half-sister, named Joseph W., Jimmie Lee, Clifford and Madaline. She died after 1900.1 General Notes
