Aramantha Bassham 
Aramantha was born about December 1869 in Lawrence Co., Tennessee.1 Aramantha's father was James Monroe, Jr. Bassham and his mother was Susan Frances Legg. His paternal grandparents were James Monroe Bassham and Arta M. Holloway. He had three brothers and a sister, named Rufus Lycurgus, Felix Edward, Warren Poindexter and Berah Celesta (Bessie). He was the second oldest of the five children. He had three half-brothers and a half-sister, named Hiram C., Levi Johnson, James Richard and Martha Elizabeth. He died after 1870.1 General Notes
