Willis (Twin) was born on July 17th, 1913 in Breckenridge Co., Kentucky.1 Willis (Twin)'s father was Monroe (Rowie) Basham and his mother was Ida Lee Drane. His paternal grandparents were Stephen Elijah Basham and Eliza A. (Lyda) Richardson. He had two brothers and a sister, named Paul, Mellis (Twin) and Margaret. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 82 on September 28th, 1995 in Breckenridge Co., Kentucky.1 General Notes
