William Theodore (Bud) Basham 
William Theodore (Bud) was born on December 12th, 1906 in Garnettsville, Meade Co., Kentucky.1 William Theodore (Bud)'s father was James William Taylor Basham and his mother was Josie Ella Allen. His paternal grandparents were William Harrison Basham and Cynthia Amanda Seeley; his maternal grandfather was Riley Allen and his maternal grandmother is Matilda Jane Allen. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Henry Harrison, Alfred Reilly (A R), Casper Hosper (Cap), Alexander Mathaniel, Dela Cecil and Minnie A.. He was the youngest of the seven children.
