William Lindsey Basham 
William Lindsey was born about October 1871 in Alabama.1 William Lindsey's father was William D. Bassham and his mother was America V. Cobb. His paternal grandparents were Nathan Bassham and Cathrine Unknown. He had two brothers and a sister, named Nathan T., James Mage (Major) and Martha E. (Mattie). He was the second oldest of the four children. He had a half-brother named Horace. He died after 1910.1 General Notes
