Virginia Jane Basham

Virginia Jane was born about 1856 in Missouri.¹   Virginia Jane's father was Edward Basham and her mother was Mahala Jones.  Her paternal grandparents were John Basham and Elizabeth Finley. She had three brothers and six sisters, named John A., Clayton 'Perry', James Lee, Elizabeth, Nancy, Amanda, Frances Leola, Florence and Matilda.  She was the fifth oldest of the ten children.  She died after 1870.¹
