Sarah Ellen Basham 
Sarah Ellen was born on January 15th, 1866 in Mercer Co., West Virginia.1 Sarah Ellen's father was John Henry Basham and her mother was Martha Goodall. Her paternal grandparents were Meador Basham and Polly (Mary) Hans. She had six brothers and three sisters, named Henry Wesley, Anderson, John A., Erastus L., Eliza A., Ivan McKinley, Elizabeth C., Arminta and Rose A.. She was the fourth oldest of the ten children. She had a half-brother named James Alexander. She died about 1932 in Madison Co., Arkansas.1 General Notes
