Rue Overton Basham 
Rue Overton was born on February 12th, 1892 in Richardville, Warren Co., Kentucky.1 Rue Overton's father was Hiram A Basham and his mother was Florence Dale Speck. His paternal grandparents were Hiram Simmons Basham and Paradine Taylor. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Cecil Taylor, Hiram Wray, Ottis Belle and Mary Marda. He was the second oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 82 on June 8th, 1974 in Warren Co., Kentucky.1 General Notes
