Percy (Twin) was born on September 28th, 1907 in Stephensport, Breckenridge Co., Ky.1 Percy (Twin)'s father was William Henry Basham and his mother was Lula (Loulie) Adkins. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Allen Basham and Sarah Frances Dowell. He had three brothers named Jessie Lee, Edgar Allen and James Russel. He was the youngest of the four children.
