Moine Eugene Basham 
Moine Eugene was born on July 10th, 1910 in Ray Co., Missouri.1 Moine Eugene's father was George Allen Basham and his mother was Addie Belcher. His paternal grandparents were Franklin Pierce Basham and Frances Octavia Griffey. He had a brother and two sisters, named Clyde Lewis, Mary Frances and Olivetta. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 59 on July 21st, 1969.1 General Notes
