Maud C. Basham

Maud C. was born on November 27th, 1876 in Alabama.¹   Maud C.'s father was John Alvin (Rev) Basham and her mother was Mary Virginia Stover.  Her paternal grandparents were John H. Basham and Nancy M. Unknown. She had a brother and five sisters, named Harvey Alonso, Eunice Matilda, Effie, Bertha, Katie and Eulah.  She was the second oldest of the seven children.  She died at the age of 19 on September 12th, 1896 in Morgan Co., Alabama.¹ 

‌Maud C. and John Rufus were married in a religious ceremony on November 27th, 1893 in Cullman Co., Alabama.¹
