James Edward Basham 
James Edward was born about May 1854 in Missouri.1 James Edward's father was Eli H. (Neil) Bassham and his mother was Mariah Finley. He had two brothers and two sisters, named John Finley, William P., Josephine and Sarah A.. He was the third oldest of the five children. He died after 1920.1 General Notes
